Canadaseedz.ca shall not be held responsible for any items sold, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by the customer. Canadaseedz.ca shall not be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained through Canadaseedz.ca..
Canadaseedz.ca assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However, if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can. MEMBERSHIP
Membership to the Canadaseedz.ca website is only available to those who can form a legally binding contract. Canadaseedz.ca does not permit minors (under 19) to register and/or use this site . If any member fails to sign up with their correct details, their account will be terminated immediately. This also applies to any minors that have been emancipated. Emancipated minors under the age of 19 will not be granted membership to the Canadaseedz.ca website, nor are they allowed to use our services
